After reading a post on Michaela's blog about doing something kind for another person, I was struck with the desire to make someone else smile. But not wanting anyone to know it was because of me. Hence I came up with the idea of happy post-it notes! I went to the pound shop and bought a massive pack of post-its, writing nice things and inspirational and motivational quotes on them. To be honest this idea was inspired by a random man I saw on the train home from Liverpool one day asking other random people to write something on a post-it note and he would then stick it somewhere on the train.
I decided I would stick my post-its around college, however it was so nice and sunny while I was waiting at the bus stop that I decided to put on there too.
This other one was just put on a toilet door in one of the girls' bathrooms at college.
After I was so inspired by people doing anonymous kind things for other people, I really hope I've made just one person smile with my post-it notes, because it's the little things everyday that turn an ordinary day into something special.
So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥
