I know it's been a while, but here is the next installation of Michaela's 'She Loves Me She Loves Me Not'

These flowers are just so lovely, I love the contrast in colours, although the favourite are the mini ones, I even painted them for my GCSE final piece...So pretty!

String Art

It's so cool, I've been planning to create some art like this for a while, however I haven't been able to find a piece of wood that isn't so thick that I can't find it, but not so thin that my pin will go straight through it.

The Website: Mother Said

I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely woman behind this company at the vintage fair I went to, it's so pretty and I swear once I get paid I am going to buy some of this stuff!

My Mum's Pumpin Pie

If you follow me on twitter or my new instagram account you will have seen this photo or something similar because I love my Mum's Pumpkin pie, out of one pumpkin we got 4 pies, so I'm getting rather fat off pumpkin pie, which is bad because I won't be able to fit in my new dresses, once the pie is gone I just won't eat for a few days, good plan, huh?

She Loves Me Not

1. That I  still don't own a cream jumper.

2. The fact that there was a pair of Kurt Geiger boots advertised in the paper for £30, that I can't afford. *sad face*

3. That I think I'm getting a cold!

Please excuse the slightly later hour of this post, but I was at work, then babysitting and I don't feel very well now, oh painkillers, where are you?

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

Ladies Ladies Ladies, I have a new phone!

It is so blooming sexy!

For the past two years I had a blackberry, at first it was a nice purple one that I was completely in love with, however that broke, so I had to have my Mum's black one for the remainder of my contract. However I was eligible for an upgrade as of, I don't know, but my Dad called up and they said I was so, yeah, I could get a new phone.

And guess what I got?

An Iphone 4!!!

Fine, it's no Iphone 5, but I think my lovely phone is pretty damn sexy!

I'm actually depressed that there are so many finger prints on the screen already, they should have given me a wipe to clean it, but then I'd be cleaning it constantly!

My life is practically going to be on this phone, I already have my facebook, twitter, blogger account, youtube account, pinterest accound, etsy account and urban outfitters account set up on my phone. As well as 2 email addresses, 635 contacts (I think it added everyone from my facebook, well it must have because I only had 158 before that). And I've already added reminders, one pretty important one for the dentist. The only thing I am lacking now is music, but I can't add my music until my laptop gets a new battery, so for now I'll just need to use my ipod, but I'll carry on using my ipod anyway, but I love my ipod, so you know.

Also, also, also,

I have also downloaded Instagram, so soon there will be a little icon on my sidebar with a link to my profile, fine, I've only got 3 photos so far, but I've only had it for a day, I'll start adding more soon!

I'm so extremely excited that I have this phone, that I just haven't stopped playing on it!

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

Now I don't usually post twice in one day...buuuutt, I've been a bad blogger lately, so why not?

Also this is a lovely link-up that I haven't taken part in in quite a while, so I'm going to try and resume my habit of being part of it.

Dear Cold but Sunny Weather, I LOVE YOU. You are so lovely, especially while I'm walking to college, you are so fresh and in fact you aren't even that cold and I end up walking without my coat on and it's so nice! Dear Art, You are so unbelievably stressful, I am so glad that the first project is over, so that I can have some time to relax. But I am rather proud of my final outcome for my project (which I'll make sure to share with everyone soon). Dear Lady Time, You were 2 weeks late and you have no idea how scary and stressful that is to deal with, but now that you have arrived, I detest you, seriously, why do you have to be so horrible and put me through so much pain! And I'll just add Dear Spots, go the hell away, I never break out in spots and now you've ruined my face! Dear My close and lovely Friends, I miss you all so much, you're all off at University being independent, having a great time and being stressed, while I'm here being stressed and playing Mummy to my siblings. Basically I can't wait until you all come back for Christmas! Dear Life, Please send me something wonderful, something that can distract me from stress and my everyday life, even a someone, preferably a someone, please.

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

Because I shall be going to a new college tomorrow, this post will only be filled with things that I'm loving at the minute. In high school I was thought to be a bit of a pessimist, that label dropped when I was at my first college, and I want to be rid of any negative vibes before I start college!

Cream Jumpers

These are such a winter staple for me, everywhere I go there seems to be cream jumpers and I desperately need one, I just haven't found the perfect one! I want it to be slightly baggy, so that it's comfy, but not so baggy that I look massive!

Paris

I don't really need to explain this one.

I will be starting the Paris series some time next week so everyone can read about my trip and look at some photos.

Duck Egg Blue Rooms

Completely in love with this colour at the minute, I am determined to paint a couple of my walls this colour, might have to be a project for the next time I have an extended amount of time off.

This Place

It's just so beautiful, I winder if it's actually real, I really want it to be!

Working Out

Yes, you read that right. I am slightly addicted to working out at the minute and although my muscles ache like nothing else the next day, I know that in the long run it's going to make my body look nicer and feel better.

The New XX Album

Got this yesterday and I love it!!! The XX are one of my favourite bands so when I saw they had a new album I was exstatic! Just so excited to listen to it, I bet before long it'll have some pretty high play ratings.

Yay, just YAY!

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

A couple of weeks ago I was emailed about a new Blogger Style Challenge. For this competition you simply have to go to House of Fraser website and put together a piece for next season.

***

Most of my Trend awareness comes from Vogue magazine (thank you Grandparents for the year subscription) and the latest issue (September) came with a little guide to trends for fall/winter, but unfortunately that only included three, so I closely examined the rest of the magazine to find a trend that was more my style and believe it or not but florals are also in for fall/winter 2012......YAY!

OASIS Textured Drape Cardigan

KAREN MILLEN Blossom Print Collection Dress

VIVI BOUTIQUE Zip Front Shopper Bag

PIED A TERRE Phipps Back Zip Knee High Boot

DUNE Scarlet D Snake High Leg Boots

I wanted this outfit to be practical as well as stylish.

Big over coats are also a massive trend for Autumn, but really that is just common sense because everyone needs a big coat for those extremely cold days. So this outfit is more aimed at those cold but sunny days, where everything is fresh but it is obviously a winter day!

I thought this big cardigan is great because it's thick enough to keep you warm, but the belt gives it great structure so it doesn't overwhelm the hourglass shape we all want to achieve (Am I sounding like Gok Wan yet, or do I need to be a little more camp?)

This dress is great for the floral trend, although it's not obviously flowers, it is referred to as a blossom dress, so technically that's floral. I think the colours are amazing because they are very suited to Autumn, the reds and yellows like when the leaves start to fall from the trees. The shape of the dress also lends itself to working with the cardigan as it helps create an hourglass silhouette as well as having a fuller skirt so it looks very feminine.

Now depending on how brave you are, or what the weather's like, or how long you have to be on your feet you can choose either the heeled or flat boots. The flats are great for if you're spending the day shopping in town and are slightly afraid the floor may be a little slippy. And if you're driving to work and sitting down all day the heels look sexy and stylish, they will also look great when you go out to dinner (they will also look amazing with a pair of jeans, white shirt and a leather jacket!).

I wanted this bright yellow handbag because it'll really help bring out the yellows in the dress and gives the whole outfit a pop of colour!

I can totally see myself wearing this outfit while doing my Christmas shopping or at the Continental Market when it finally comes back to town.

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

It's pinning time...let's go!!!

This little space is so adorable, although the chair doesn't look very comfy I love the colour and the decoration  on and above the chest of draws.

This would be so beautiful for a garden wedding. I'm slightly in love with carnations and I love how the shades of pink change...just so pretty.

This is such a great away for displaying necklaces, I would do it if getting a big frame wasn't so expensive, but I have a different idea I will be sharing with you all soon!

This photo is amazing, the different levels of light, the way you can't quite see all of the silhouette! I just love looking at it.

Idea obviously taken from 'Breakfast at Tiffany's', it's just so contemporary, I would love one of these in my future home, although I would image it's wouldn't be very good for my back, but it just looks so god damn cool! And I love the colour of the bath and the pattern of the fabric!

Have a wonderful Wednesday.

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

These bird cages are so gorgeous, I love the effect they create, especially with the flowers underneath!

I've had a thing for vintage teacups for a while now, the detailing on them is just so beautiful and for someone who doesn't drink tea (like moi) making candles out of them makes sure they don't go to waste, I'll definitely be buying a few to decorate my room with.

While looking through the blog world just this morning, I have found a wonderful new Link Party and it's called:

Oh, How Pinteresting...

Pinterest seems to be something many bloggers are drawn to, we can find wonderful images, inspiration for DIYs and dresses or homes that make us drool. So what a lovely way to share some of the brilliant things that can be found on there!

I love these jars, they looks so pretty and the shadows they would create would be amazing!

This garden party looks so sweet, I can imagine it would be full of laughter and cup cakes!

This is one of my favourite Alexander McQueen creations, it has inspired some of my own designs.

For me this is more about the tattoo than the shoes, but I love these both, I love the simplicity of the feather and the colour of the heels; yay for both!

If you are an intense pinterester yourself than this is a great link-up party. I know I have times where I will spend hours searching the internet because I just need to add some amazing images to my Pin boards!

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

Finally we have arrived at Michaela's 5th "She Loves Me She Loves Me Not" *yay* I look forward to this link up every month, oh the excitement!

So here we go:

She Loves Me

Pretty Lights In Gardens

These images are just so lovely. They could easily make you believe that you had fairies living in your garden; everything just looks so magical when you add some simple lighting!

Cushions with Bold Prints

I love these prints, they are just so bright and amazing and can really add a punch of colour to a room. The first one is definitely my favourite, there is so much to the print, but I think it makes it exciting!

Getting New Books

Okay, so I haven't actually got a new book, I have been lent one that I've wanted to read since January, but whenever I went to the library it was always reserved or gone! I haven't bought myself a new book in a long time, but I remember how excited I get about them, you have a whole new story to discover; what an amazing feeling!

She Loves Me Not

Being So Tired

Right now, no matter how much sleep I get I'm always exhausted. And basically I'm not enjoying it.

The Olympics

I know everyone thinks this is a massive deal, but I really couldn't give one, in fact it ruins my summer really. I wanted to go down to London for a couple of days in the summer, but because of the Olympics it's going to be impossible to even move in London (more so than it already is) and the hotels will be charging an unbelievable amount of money because everyone coming over for the Olympics won't know any different. I don't see the point, it's not like it actually exciting.

Debate TV Shows

Oh my God, these wind me up so much. It's like the people on them have no idea what they're going on about and some of what they say, one, makes no sense, two, makes them sound stupid, and three, is very very irritating! Now that that little rant is over with I shall continue to try my best to ignore these shows!

Now, that's it for this month, now to start thinking about what I could possibly write about for when August edition!

I hope everyone is having a lovely week.

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥

It's that time of the month again -no, not lady time- but time for Michaela's wonderful link up.

So here is my contribution!

She Loves Me

Pretty Decor

I am completely in love with this style for rooms at the minute. If I'm in a furniture store or any store really, I'm drawn straight to the white, vintage style and pretty accessories. I'm planning on having a similar piece to the pearl one above when I've organised my room a little bit more.

Cocktails

As should all know, Summer (is suppose) to be upon us and what better way to cool off in the sunshine than a refreshing cocktail. I'm definitely preferring these to wine at the minute, I need fruity tastes rather than wine; wine is for dinner, cocktails for relaxing.

Wooden Accessories

These are everywhere at the minute and they are gorgeous. Just yesterday, in fact, I almost bought the earrings and the bracelets, I don't know why I didn't, I guess my lack of money is to blame. Also as I'm not religious I don't know if I'd feel guilty for wearing crosses, but we shall see. I do love the wood though, goes exceptionally well with turquoise!

She Loves Me Not

Waiting

Waiting, waiting, waiting; it's very annoying, like when you've been invited to something exciting and you have to wait for...ever! Okay, I am going to something exciting tomorrow, but I've been waiting for a while. It's like when I went to Scotland with my friend, he told me about 2 weeks in advance and for 2 whole weeks, I couldn't sit still or concentrate, I just wanted to go! And the quote is right, we waste so much time waiting, when we should be appreciating everything (hypocrite right here!).

The Cold

First of all this is a beautiful image and the woman looks absolutely freezing! Right weather, let's get this straight, it is meant to be summer,  and yet I find myself continuously wrapping up and complaining about being cold, yes this may be a good excuse for hugs, but I think I could get them anyway, you've obviously got your seasons mixed up!

My Lack Of Material

This is directly proportional to my lack of money (look I remembered some maths). But how I meant to make things and keep learning and practicing if I can't even afford material. I need more material...I feel incomplete without it!

I hope everyone is having a lovely week.

So remember, each day, live a little, laugh a little and love a little. ♥
