When in Rome..
I am so thrilled to be here on Beth's wonderful abode. Every time I have a cup of tea, get myself settled into my comfortable computer chair, Dreams in a Poppyfield is one of the first few places I must stop by. This place has been one of my favorite go-to places for an immediate lift me up. And, speaking of places, when Beth asked me what my favorite holiday was...
The first place that came to mind was Rome, Italy.
As soon as one steps onto this magical place, time stops, pasta aromas linger, and all you want to do is make a wish at the famous Fountain de Trevi.
Even if you're not planning to visit Rome with a significant other, this city is so romantic - - from the smooth textures of the gelato and the cool narrow streets, you'll forget you're even alone.
Only four days, any less, any more - - I promised myself I would remember those 4 days forever, and no one could ever take those memories away from me.
Now that you have seen some of my favorite pictures from Rome, I'd like to share with you a dream destination that has yet to be taken.
Dream Destination: Hokkaido, Japan.
As you can see, I'm quite a cheeseball and a huge romantic. Something about those rolling purple hills and walking hand in hand with a loved one - - a bit like reenacting the scene where everything was purple in the film What Dreams May Come.

Oh my gosh, I am so jealous, Rome is one of my dream holiday locations and it sounds like you had an amazing time!
Also those fields look so beautiful, they actually make me think that I'm in a dream!
